🖼️ I’m currently framing previous projects in my new home studio.
It’s exciting to frame more recent projects to the studio. This is the latest single from LUIN, in which I had the pleasure to mix and master for her.
LUIN and I go way back, 2007 I believe. We first met through the now defunct Daft Punk fan forum called The Daft Club. This forum is where our hobbies of making music as teens started to flourish. We published our first releases there. We made lots of Daft Punk remixes and mashups and were a part of many fan remix albums. We also started our own netlabels and released music from other artists that were also on the TDC forum. I think we were the only ones that used the same DAW at the time as well!
We’ve all tried to stay connected over the years and keep up with each other’s music journeys. While most of us were mainly making house and dance music at the time, a lot of us have ventured off into producing other various styles of music.
Circle back to the present and LUIN is now making awesome industrial / synth-pop / EBM tracks under her own name. She’s come a long way in producing music and the progress is amazing! I can’t wait to hear what she’ll create next!
