‘Welcome to Chicagoland’ is meant to bring back the way most people discovered punk rock music…affordable comp/samplers with as many songs as we can fit. Think of this release as a Chicago area ‘Punk-O-Rama’, ‘Punk Rock Is Your Friend’ or ‘Give ‘Em The Boot’. All the proceeds from this comp will go to Hope For The Day; a non-profit organization that “achieves proactive suicide prevention by providing outreach and mental health education”. CD purchases come in a resealable plastic cover with a four panel, full color jacket and access to the digital version of the album.
