We’re in a time where we can easily obsess with the numbers. How many followers we have. How many monthly listeners we have.
We can easily get discouraged if we compare ourselves to someone else who has a higher number than us, thinking we don’t have enough, or nobody’s listening to our music. 😢
Sometimes we forget that on the other side of a number is a person, a fan, a listener, someone who loves your music. 🫶
Imagine having all of your monthly listeners in one room enjoying your music, whether it’s 1000, 500, 100, or even 20 people. That room will fill up quicker than you’d expect. 🎧 Some of my favouite shows I’ve played had less than 50 people attend and those shows were still a success!
Don’t get discouraged by the numbers. Keep making music and don’t ever give up! You got this! 🔥
