I made this song only using the Casiotone MT-35. This is part of my release series called Toy Sounds where I make songs only using cheap or toy instruments. It’s a fun music making challenge. The Casiotone MT-35 has 6 tones and 4 drum sounds, all in mono. No MIDI! I had to really think outside the box with sound design when I crafted these songs. This is the simplest song on the EP, where the sound manipulation was very minimal. I wanted to give it an energetic video game/arcade kind of a vibe. I really enjoyed writing the keyboard solo on this track!
